The project comprised of a 7 storey curved main building with both substructure and super structure reinforced concrete works including pilecaps, ground beams, insitu slabs, walls, stair and lift-cores. The project also involved the groundworks for 18 town houses. External works involved adoptable deep drainage including attenuation tank install, underground bin units, car parks, paving, hard and soft landscaping including public realm works.
