The project comprised of 203 residential units spanning over 6 reinforced concrete structures 8 storeys high. The substructure comprised of pilecaps, ground beams, waterproofing, deep drainage, retaining wall around the perimeter of the site, and access roads. The superstructure comprised of columns, walls, 6 stairs and liftcores, and over 36000m2 of slab soffit.

Stanmore

The project comprised of a new 3-storey 4 wing building including reinforced concrete works including pilecaps, ground beams, insitu slabs, walls and lift-cores. External works involved in this project was bulk dig and muck shift of over 2000m3 of soil, deep drainage including attenuation tank install, gabian wall works, car parks, complex paving to the clients requirement, bitmac paths, hard and soft landscaping.

Kennaway Estate

Kennaway estate project comprised of substructure works : bulk dig, pile matt install, pile caps, ground beams, foul and surface water drainage, utilities, ground floor slab. The superstructure works comprised of 3no. blocks 6-storey concrete structures.

Bristol, St Thomas Rd

St Thomas Road project comprised of basement construction, Capping beam install, bulk dig, pile caps, ground beams, foul and surface water drainage, utilities, basement and ground floor slab. The superstructure works comprised of a 7-storey concrete structure covering the full foot print of the site.

Fallsbrook Rd

Fallsbrook road project comprised of substructure works : removal of large concrete obstructions, bulk dig, pile caps, ground beams, deep underpinning, foul and surface water drainage, utilities, ground floor slab. The superstructure works comprised of a 4-storey concrete structures covering the full foot print of the site.
